Seminar for the level three coaching programme offered by World Archery. Programme covers high-performance coaching across bowstyles and disciplines, including advanced technical training, mental routine, team leadership and creating a learning environment for elite athletes.
Experts: Marc Dellenbach (France) and Tim Swane (Great Britain)
Candidate prerequisites:
- World Archery level 2 coaching course (2019 or later) or World Archery level 1 coaching course online certificate with other national/international certification and one year of intermediate coaching experience
- ADEL high performance coaches’ education programme online certificate
- IOC safeguarding athletes from harrassment and abuse online certificate
- Support letter from national federation
Candidates should have at least one year of intermediate-level coaching experience.
