World Archery Championships: Congratulations to Ruman Shana and Marlyse Hourtou

The World Archery Excellence Centre congratulates Ruman Shana for his bronze medal, and Marlyse Hourtou for achieving the Minimum Qualifying Score for Tokyo 2020 at the Hyundai World Archery Championships.

Ruman Shana from Bangladesh benefited in 2018 from an Olympic Solidarity scholarship at the World Archery Excellence Centre. By getting to the third individual place in the World Archery Championships, he also earned a qualification quota place for Bangladesh for the next Olympic Games, taking place in Tokyo, Japan in 2020.
Marlyse Hourtou from Chad is now training since October 2018 at the World Archery Excellence Centre as an Olympic Solidarity scholarship archer, along with Areneo David from Malawi and Mahmoud Abdelwahab from Sudan who started their scholarship in May 2018.

The World Archery Excellence Centre and its staff is proud to have supported their goals and dreams. We wish their results will keep improving to make them reach the gold.
