Participants information booklet

Dear Archery friends,

The World Archery Excellence Centre, situated in Lausanne (Switzerland) is proud to host the first World Archery Masters Championships from the 14th – 18th August 2018. This competition is the first of its kind dedicated to archers over the age of 40.

On behalf of the Organising Committee we have the pleasure to invite all archers over 40 years old to participate in this new archery event. Not only will you have beautiful archery venues, but also the wonderful city of Lausanne, the Olympic capital, and its surrounding areas to explore, where you will be able to take advantage of the numerous cultural and tourist activities.

As this event is a novelty, we encourage you to show a keen interest in it by being amongst the number of participants for this first meeting of its kind in archery.

For more information and registration, please visit our website at www.worldarcherycentre.org. Here you will find all relevant information about competition format, accommodation, entertainment options, etc.

To summarise; we are planning one day of training and three days of competition; one indoor, one WA 50/70 outdoor and one Field event, Competitors are free to choose any or all of the disciplines. A “sight seeing” day will give the participants the opportunity to discover our beautiful region.

We thank you in advance for your support and look forward to welcoming you to this unique première !
